Q: What attracted you to PV Pros?
A: One of the first things that stood out to me was how educated the PV Pros team was about commercial solar. With over 100 years experience just in our management team, I knew I would be learning from them every day. Q: What does a typical day look like?
A: The best part of the job is that each day brings something different. There’s no worry about repetitiveness or mundane work because each project requires different skills. Each job is scheduled a few days or weeks beforehand, so you know what you’re getting into without surprises.
Q: What is your favorite part about working for PV Pros?
A: There’s always something new, which makes the job anything but boring. We also work with a great team of intelligent professionals, providing the opportunity to learn from each other. Our team is supported by a 20+ engineers with over 175 years of experience, with some engineers coming from inverter companies. This knowledge allows us to take on any project with ease and confidence. I wake up excited to go to work because I know there’s a chance I’ll learn something new. I also love the autonomy we have – there’s no micromanaging which is empowering.
