PV Pros’ O&M Division acquired by Omnidian – PV Pros focuses on Independent Engineering

PV Pros has provided Solar O&M and Independent Engineering services from 2012-2019, but now starts the new decade with a sole focus on Independent Engineering services.  As of January 1st, PV Pros’ operations and maintenance division has been acquired by Omnidian, Inc.

Starting our 9th year in business, PV Pros will be 100% focused on Independent Engineering and Owner’s Representative Services for solar & storage systems. As the Independent Engineer we ensure our client’s success by being a trusted advisor in technical risk management and project delivery support.
PV Pros president Richard Ivins says “The industry is getting more mature and with that comes the need for specialization. Companies need to move away from doing multiple things very well, and focus on what they do exceptionally well.”  PV Pros is a trusted name in the solar & storage industry thanks to our experienced engineers & standardized processes that support single projects or large portfolios.
To facilitate the growth, PV Pro’s engineering team is moving to a 10,000 sqft office on the Hoboken waterfront with plenty of space for headcount growth, training rooms, and testing labs.
